The opportunity
Apprenticeship - September 2026

The Governance Officer Apprentice will support the Deputy Company Secretary and wider Company Secretarial team in delivering company secretarial and governance services to the Openwork Group. This is a development role, designed to build practical experience across board and committee administration, statutory filings and maintenance of corporate records, while working under supervision and following agreed processes.

This is a hybrid role based in Swindon. Please note, as part of the Apprenticeship, 20% of the working hours will be allocated to training, which could be a blend of classroom, eLearning, self-directed study, shadowing, project work etc.The benefits:
Salary - £24,456
Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%
Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
