Required

- 5–6 years of experience in Program Management, IT Operations, IT Governance, or a closely related discipline

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows independently — without waiting to be told what to do

- Experience operating in governance or compliance-driven environments where process discipline matters

- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English — you will write professional correspondence and briefing documents every day

- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Procurement, Security, Finance, and Engineering

- Strong analytical instincts — you can spot a pattern, build a case from it, and present it to leadership

- High ownership mindset — when something falls through the cracks, you feel it personally
