1. Visa and Immigration:

• Supervise and Support the PRO team to manage the end-to-end visa process (employment visa residency visa labor card Emirates ID) and ensure timely renewal of visas and labor cards to avoid fines.

2. Government Liaison:

• Represent the company at the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization (MOHRE) Immigration GDRFA DHA DED Dubai Police and other governmental bodies.

• Submit documentation for company license renewals establishment card renewals and other corporate paperwork.

• Maintain strong relationships with government representatives and stay up to date with regulatory changes.

3. Gate Passes & Access Control:

• Supervise processing gate passes site permits and security clearances as required by client sites ports or free zones (e.g. JAFZA DAFZA etc.) as required
