**Job Title: Grade Foreman**

**Job Description**

This role leads grading crews on a variety of commercial and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality site preparation. You will oversee daily field operations, operate heavy civil equipment, interpret plans and grade stakes, and coordinate closely with project leadership to deliver work that meets strict specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise a grading crew of approximately 2–5 team members to complete site preparation and earthwork activities safely and efficiently.
+ Oversee and personally operate heavy civil machinery, including excavators, rollers, skid steers, dozers, haul trucks, loaders, and related equipment.
+ Work on a wide range of project types such as data centers, subdivisions, hospitals, roads, apartment complexes, and other commercial sites.
