**Archer Western Construction** is currently seeking a **Grade Foreman** for the **Elbow Road Project,** in **Virginia Beach, VA** .

The Grade Foreman will supervise, coordinate, and schedule crew of 3-15 construction employees daily; oversee Grading operation in assigned area.
