The Grader Trainee position is an entry-level on-the-job training opportunity for individuals interested in building a long-term career in the inspection and grain grading industry. This role is designed to develop potential graders through hands‑on training in grain grading, inspection procedures, safety practices, and operational processes while working alongside experienced inspectors and graders.
