Duties and Responsibilities
:
Assist with site preparation, including clearing, leveling, and grading of soil, gravel, and other materials.Work alongside equipment to ensure proper ground elevation and slope.Use hand tools and small equipment to fine-grade surfaces and prepare areas for paving, roadways…etc.Install and maintain grade stakes, string lines, and markers to guide grading operations.Load, unload, and distribute construction materials as directed.Conduct site clean-up and maintain an organized and safe work environment.Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Communicate effectively with crew members, and supervisors, to ensure efficient workflow.Assist with inspections to ensure grading work meets project specifications and standards.
