The Role


We are seeking a Graduate Estimator to join our Commercial team, supporting the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions across defence, nuclear and infrastructure programmes. This role offers structured development and hands-on experience across estimating, commercial, and project controls, working alongside experienced professionals on live bids and projects. You will gain exposure to cost modelling, risk analysis and commercial decision-making, building strong foundations for a long-term career in commercial management or estimating.


Accountabilities


Estimating & Bid Support
+ Support development of cost estimates and pricing models for complex programmes
+ Analyse tender documentation to understand scope, risks and assumptions
