Job Description

A Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced Agilent instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems) across the region. The role includes advising clients on best practices, configurations, service plans, complex multimillion‑dollar deployments, and possibly application‑level support and training.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission advanced Agilent instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems and more).
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure optimal instrument performance.
• Advise clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
