Position Overview
Job Description Supports healthy relationship between employees, management and trade unions within the Premier Group
Assist with handling workplace grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes in line with the Premier Group policies.
Support the business with compliance with employment legislation i.e. Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
Assist the HR Team with preparing documentation for disciplinary hearing, consultations and other labour related forums.
Support Collective bargaining processes, i.e. wage negotiations Programme Information This is a 12-month graduate programme based at our corporate office, working across the regions reporting to the Manager: Group Employee Relations
Will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.
May be required to travel to sites for exposure to all business units
Driver’s license (advantageous) Qualification Requirements Grade 12
