WM New Zealand is offering a two-year Process/Chemical Engineering Graduate Programme starting February 2027. You’ll gain broad hands-on experience across process safety, solvent recovery, maintenance and project work, with real-world projects contributing to sustainability goals.

The role transitions into a permanent position after the programme, with emphasis on mentorship, EMA training, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and the waste and circular
