**Position Purpose**

The 12-month Nurse Residency Program at **Saint Mary's Hospital** in Waterbury, CT, is designed for any Registered Nurse RN with less than 1-year of nursing experience to expand the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of a Registered Nurse to move from entry-level competence toward proficiency and expertise.
