The Graduate Sampling role at Impala Terminal marks the beginning of a fulfilling and flexible career, involving practical hands‑on tasks. It involves taking on different roles in operations within Impala Huelva Terminal to gain a multi‑disciplinary knowledge of the function based on ‘learning by doing’. The role combines basic operations support with periods of apprenticeship, mainly in the field, until the acquisition of a proven knowledge enabling the assumption of the supervisory function if the assessment is positive.
