Job Description: In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, verification, and delivery of corporate standard cell libraries using leading-edge process technologies, supporting the design of Intel's next-generation SoCs as well as Intel Foundry customers.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing combinational, sequential, and power‑management circuits targeting Intel's latest process technologies.
• Performing parasitic extraction and optimization to achieve best‑in‑class power, performance, robustness, and density.
• Developing automation flows for library modeling, validation, quality checking, performance and reliability verification.
• Characterizing libraries for timing, noise, power, variation, and generating both front‑end and back‑end models.
