Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) seeks a Training Coordinator to identify development needs of UAE Nationals, Graduate Trainees and other stakeholders after training programmes, ensuring courses meet current and future job requirements.

You will coordinate with the EGA Scholarship team on Work Placement and Summer Programmes, manage development plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with Salary Admin and Employee Relations to address increments and allowances.
