Emirates Global Aluminium invites UAE National graduates to join its National Graduate Training Programme in Dubai. The 18-month programme trains graduates to take on first-line supervisory roles through on-the-job training, technical skills development, and leadership competency programs.

Each trainee is assigned a mentor, with regular progress reviews to track development. Preference is given to engineering graduates, but other disciplines with suitable needs will be considered to build a
