Purpose of this Programme

An internship with ECIC’s ICT Unit gives graduates the opportunity to gain relevant experience in a corporate environment while assisting with desktop and local area network (LAN) support to ECIC users and ensuring continued system availability.

Responsibilities & Exposure Serve as the initial contact for users of all IT supported systems, applications and services in operation. Administer, maintain, service and support approximately 90 end users. Hardware setup and support (including monitoring and updating inventory of computer equipment), PCs, printers, wireless network, switches and cabling. Software installation and support for various operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Server), Office 365 productivity and collaboration tools, Share Point, Active Directory and other business applications.
