Who are we?

MiMIAT Health is a multilingual digital platform that empowers people living with chronic conditions to track and manage their health data, starting with digestive health, and expanding into cardiovascular, respiratory, and chronic pain. We are live across Europe and Kenya, available in five languages, and collaborating with public institutions, independent providers, and universities.

Our mission? Give patients back control, reduce delays in care, and make chronic disease management more dignified, inclusive, and data-driven.
