The primary purpose of the Grants Coordinator position is to support the research mission in the Department of Pediatrics and coordinate grant and funding initiatives for the department/program/project(s).

Among the key duties of this position are the following:

Serves as principal department liaison between research support team and Pediatric Principal Investigators to coordinate budgeting and federal and state grant application processes.

Provides program management support for Principal Investigators including but not limited to supporting faculty with preparation of grant applications and recruitment of budgeted staff on awarded grants.
