Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare graphic designs and audiovisual materials for all activities.
  • Assist with processing all audiovisual requests.
  • Update the organization’s website and social media with graphics and multimedia.
  • Develop and design logos, images, and promotional tools.
  • Build print layouts and produce marketing materials.
  • Laminating, binding, and photocopying educational materials.
  • Design, develop, complete, and distribute all printed material as directed.
  • Use design software to complete projects and revise them based on client feedback.
  • Keep records of all graphic design activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain interdepartmental liaison.
  • Maintain corporate identity and branding.
