Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute print and digital marketing materials using established templates, ensuring all outputs follow brand guidelines and provided instructions
• Support the production of multi-page documents and other marketing assets such as brochures, reports, pitch materials, proposals, event materials and social media graphics
• Apply updates and revisions to existing layouts based on feedback, ensuring consistency and alignment with approved concepts and brand standards across versions
• Prepare, review and finalize files for print and digital delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, brand alignment, layout accuracy and content completeness before submission
• Manage multiple assigned tasks, follow prioritization guidance from designated contacts and meet agreed timelines
