Role & responsibilities

Design high-end marketing materials including brochures, property flyers, email campaigns, digital ads, presentations, signage, and social media content. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and photography teams to create cohesive branding across all platforms. Design and maintain company templates and brand assets. Develop branded listing presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for agents and clients. Ensure all visual content aligns with the luxury aesthetic and brand guidelines. Retouch and optimize high-resolution property photography as needed. Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality. Stay current with design trends, especially within luxury, real estate, and lifestyle sectors.
