Position Overview

Key Responsibilities of the role
  • Preparing all graphic designs and audio‑visual material.
  • Assisting in the processing of all audio‑visual requests related to the organization’s activities.
  • Updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia.
  • Preparing audiovisual and marketing materials, including print layouts.
  • Providing creative input and designing logos and images.
  • Developing designs for promotional tools.
  • Laminating, binding, and photocopying educational materials.
  • Designing, developing, completing, and distributing printed materials as communicated by the Graphic Designer / Multimedia Officer.
  • Meeting with clients to establish their needs.
  • Using design software to complete projects and revising projects based on client feedback.
