Paradox Interactive in Tampere is seeking a graphics programmer to optimize our art pipeline and implement cutting‑edge rendering features for a high-fidelity 3D world.

You will collaborate with artists and engineers, write custom shaders, and optimize the rendering performance of a massive, dynamic environment based on Unity HDRP to balance visual fidelity with target hardware.

Experience with C# / C++ is preferred, and you will work primarily from our Tampere office.
