RGP is seeking a highly experienced Greenfield Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale food manufacturing facility build and startup. This individual will oversee all aspects of a complex, multi-year capital investment program, ensuring successful facility construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Pay Rate: $80-$100/hr. W2

+ Lead end-to-end program management for a greenfield food manufacturing facility from concept through operational handoff.
+ Direct large-scale capital projects, including facility design, construction, installation of manufacturing equipment, commissioning, and startup activities.
+ Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, schedules, governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communications.
