About the Role
Imperial Limited is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Greenhouse Assistant to support daily greenhouse operations and help maintain healthy crop growth in a controlled environment. The successful candidate will assist with crop care, monitoring greenhouse conditions, and carrying out routine cultivation activities to ensure high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, harvesting, and other crop maintenance activities.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within the greenhouse.
Support irrigation and fertigation activities as directed by supervisors.
Help monitor temperature, humidity, ventilation, and other environmental conditions.
Identify and report signs of pests, diseases, or plant health issues.
Assist in applying crop protection and plant nutrition programs under supervision.
