Requirements A flexible schedule, filling in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Weekend availability. Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification and understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards. 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat and reach above shoulder level.
