Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking various meats, seafood, and vegetables on a grill to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely food service. Key duties include managing grill temperatures, adhering to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean workstation, and collaborating with kitchen staff. Key Responsibilities Cooking & Preparation: Season, prepare, and grill menu items (burgers, steaks, vegetables) according to recipes and portion sizes. Grill Management: Monitor, adjust, and maintain appropriate grill temperatures to ensure optimal cooking and food safety. Quality & Speed: Ensure food is cooked to the customers preference, served on time, and presented professionally.
