**Grinder**

**Essential Duties:**

+ Operate hand grinders and sanders for extended periods.
+ Grind, sand, and finish parts to quality standards.
+ Stack parts correctly and maintain accurate piece counts.
+ Inspect parts for accuracy before completing orders.
+ Lift and move parts of varying weights throughout the work area.
+ Follow all safety procedures and remain aware of potential hazards.
+ Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality.
