**Job Title: Grinder Operator ($18.25 - $19.75/hr.)**

**Job Description**

The Grinder Operator sets up and operates grinding equipment to remove rough edges, slag, burrs, and imperfections from large steel parts. This role follows blueprints and work instructions, performs repetitive grinding and finishing tasks, and verifies that parts meet required dimensions and quality standards. The position works on a mid-shift schedule, with initial training on first shift, and plays a key role in preparing steel components used in various industries. This opportunity allows room to grown internally with a new facility opening. We are looking for individuals to interview and start as soon as possible.
