Delta Personnel is searching for Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Chichester

We’re looking for switched-on Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support our client on highways maintenance projects across Chichester and the surrounding areas.

Duties:

* Strimming grass verges and cutting back overgrowth

* Walking set routes and maintaining roadside visibility

* Operating petrol-powered equipment (strimmers, blowers, etc.)

* Litter picking and keeping public highways clean and clear

* Working in line with health & safety protocols

* Supporting data capture projects where needed

Must-Have:

* UK Driving Licence (essential – no public transport nearby)

* Full PPE (full orange or yellow including safety glasses and helmet)

* Physically fit and happy to walk long distances

* Previous highways or grounds maintenance experience preferred
