Overview of Position:

Oversees and performs routine maintenance on all grounds and equipment to ensure the Genesis facilities are maintained to provide a safe and aesthetically pleasing experience for patients, visitors, and employees. Facilitates crew projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance, accountability, and positive workplace culture.

2. Understands and uses products and equipment related to grounds tasks according to manufacturers' instructions to perform job tasks safely and competently, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

3. Performs preventative maintenance tasks, including vehicle inspections on all equipment, to include vehicles.

4. Uses a chainsaw and tree trimmers to remove dead trees and bushes.
