PSR require gangs of Groundworkers for a project in Newport.

All CSCS groundworkers must:

Have valid CSCS card
Hold an NVQ level 2 in Groundworks or be time served
Plant tickets would be a bonus but not essential
Have own tools and transport
Have right to work in the UK
Be hard working and reliable
