Position Summary

Hands‑on, business‑facing role blending industry knowledge with operational aptitude. Comfortable within benefits platforms, troubleshooting issues, translating plan requirements, and quickly adapting to new tools. Leads group implementations, resolves complex issues, supports continuous process improvement, and mentors junior team members. Client‑focused and detail oriented.
