Our client a leading 𝗠𝗡𝗖 in the 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 space in 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲 is looking to hire someone to head their Company Secretary and Compliance function.

Professionals with 𝟭𝟰–𝟮𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, in 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 and large 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 organizations, with significant experience working in a designated Company Secretary role, would be ideal for this position.
