Remote Group Enrollment Specialist
Description
The Group Enrollment Specialist will support Sentara’s Enrollment Department, which is responsible for member eligibility and enrollment for group customers. This team ensures member information is accurately loaded, updated, and maintained across Sentara’s enrollment and pharmacy systems so there are no downstream impacts to member coverage, claims, pharmacy access, or coordination of care.
This role will support enrollment activity for both small and large group customers. Small group includes approximately 5,000 groups, while large group includes approximately 120 groups. The Specialist will process a high volume of enrollment-related work, including manual applications and 834 electronic enrollment files, which are files received from various employer groups to upload and maintain group membership information.
