The purpose of the position is to oversee all engineering, maintenance, facilities and infrastructure operations across the group’s hospitality properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Oversee maintenance and engineering operations across all three properties
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation thereof.
- Inspecting facilities and identify resolution to challenges.
- Ensure optimal performance of mechanical strategies to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
- Negotiate with contractors and service providers, ensuring renovations, refurbishments and new builds are delivered on time and within scope
- Maintain an effective and efficient relationship with external service providers and contractors.
- Develop and manage large-scale operational budgets, asset registers and long-term improvement projects
