Accounting Operations

• Review and ensure completeness of billing details
• Oversee collection and initiates resolution of outstanding receivables
• Initiate issuance of credit memo related to billings
• Ensure regular reconciliation of intercompany transactions
• Monitor related party transactions

Financial Reporting

• Prepare consolidated monthly ManCom reports, including variance analysis
• Prepare quarterly consolidated statutory financial reports package for submission to SEC
• and PSE
• Prepare annual audited consolidated financial report package for submission to SEC and PSE
• Prepare consolidated budget reports (i.e. original, mid-year assessment and estimated actual)
• Prepare presentation materials (i.e., monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial reports) for ManCom, AuditCom and Board.
