MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting
Responsible for the preparation, review and delivery of the Group Annual Report and interim financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with IFRS and all regulatory obligations.Manage the relationship with the Group’s auditors, coordinating audit activities across all subsidiaries to strict timetables.Oversee the preparation of subsidiary statutory accounts and ensure consistent accounting, disclosure and governance standards across the Group.Proactively implement and embed new IFRS standards, ensuring the Group remains fully compliant and ahead of regulatory developments.Management Reporting
