Group Financial Reporting Manager

As Group Financial Reporting Manager, you will lead technical accounting matters under IFRS and US GAAP at the Group level, serve as the key accounting expert for complex transactions, and oversee policy interpretation and implementation of new standards to ensure consistency across Millicom Group and for consolidation purposes. You will also lead migrations on related systems for newly acquired operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Accounting & IFRS / US GAAP Expertise – Serve as the IFRS/US GAAP expert and key point of contact throughout the Group for financial reporting matters, including IFRS 16 implementation and IFRS 15 business model application.
• Standards Implementation & Project Leadership – Own lease (Nakisa) and revenue (Tidemark) accounting tools, design and implement new configurations, lead annual IBR updates, manage new IFRS standards or policy implementations,...
