• Coach large group fitness classes on a daily basis
• Deliver Personal Training as required
• To ensure a high energy and enthusiasm for every class delivered
• To follow or create the required programming for each class
• To follow all management directions and guidelines at all times
• Ensuring that the brand reputation and identity of the Club is upheld at all times
• Working within the frameworks guidelines provided by Management
• Strictly adhering to the Company Policy at all times
• Assistance in recruitment and continuous training of all team members
