HealthFitness seeks a Group Fitness Manager to lead a large team at the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR. You will recruit, train, and supervise fitness instructors, schedule 150+ classes weekly, and drive member engagement through high-quality programs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, active CPR/First Aid and recognized group fitness certification. Strong leadership and Excel skills are essential.
