Job Title: Group FP&A Senior Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly P&L reporting and analysis, including automated reporting solutions (e.g., PowerBI implementation), regional performance insights, trend analysis, and run‑rate tracking.
• Oversee monthly Group OPEX and non‑core items management, ensuring cost transparency and control through variance analysis against budget, YoY performance assessment, run‑rate tracking, and monitoring against financial targets.
• Headcount reporting and KPI tracking: manage headcount reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring data accuracy and providing workforce insights to support organizational and financial planning.
