Main Purpose of Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Group HR Generalist within Connolly Motor Group, in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm. This role is office based in one of our site locations Ballina/Sligo/Galway
 The role:
The successful candidate will be required to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to our management team and employees. The role involves working with all employees across our 11 sites in Ballina, Sligo, Galway and Letterkenny.

Supporting Recruitment and Selection and liaising with Third Parties to attract talent – Advertising roles, manage careers inbox, schedule interviews, prepare interview pack (via outlook calendar), regret unsuccessful candidates, file interview notes
