Salary Range: $21.62 To $27.02 Hourly




Position Summary:
Provides technical and/or process direction to a group of team members. Assists the Ops Leader and Group Leader II (where applicable) in assigning daily tasks, meeting team results and objectives, and sharing the team performance. Supports an environment of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Under limited supervision and following established procedures, responsibilities may include some or all the following activities. This list is not intended to be all inclusive.

+ Assists in assigning trainers for new hires and cross training initiatives

+ As directed by the Ops Leader and/or Group Leader II, performs daily production tasks
