Job Objective

Management of a group (Assembly Worker) and active support to ensure value-adding activities (in particular continuous improvement) in production in accordance with company rules and guidelines or instructions.

Demanding and adhering to standards for manufacturing processes, if necessary, escalation in the event of deviations (e.g. quality problems) in accordance with company regulations.

Carrying out the assigned tasks taking into account the specified work procedures / equipment to be applied as well as the optimum achievement of the selected key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance with the specified standards.
