Mission Overview:

We are seeking a Group Life – Policy Servicing Administrator for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves providing backfilling support and ensuring the efficient processing of affiliated member files in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations.

Expected Deliverables:

• Complete processing of affiliated member files in accordance with procedures and applicable regulations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage existing contracts and modify them if necessary, in compliance with legal, fiscal, and internal regulations.
• Properly analyze customer and broker requests via email and phone.
• Process requests quickly and efficiently and ensure follow-up with clients.
• Ensure follow-up on communications and process the information provided by relevant organizations.
