Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be reporting to Group Executive Human Resource on a 3-year fixed term contract and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Translate ACSA’s business and organisational goals into a comprehensive functional strategy. Develop an integrated commercially viable Training Academy business plan to enable ACSA to grow its non-aeronautical revenue and deliver optimal returns. Manage the Company’s risk exposure through identifying, implementing and maintenance of risk control measures to minimise the Company’s liability. Drive and Grow Training Academy to provide best-in class aviation skills interventions/offerings in the industry. Manage the development and implementation of all training related frameworks, policies, procedures and systems to ensure achievement of the strategic business objectives.
