convening and conducting Board meetings, Committee meetings and Shareholders meeting through Physical and video conferencing preparation of Directors’ Report, Corporate Governance Report, drafted Chairman’s Speech and Annual General Meeting Briefing;
maintaining, updatingof all the statutory records and preparation of statutory registers as per Companies Act, 2013;
