Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team responsible for testing and tuning complex cigarette making machinery.
- Drive a culture of safety, LEAN thinking and continuous improvement.
- Uphold high 5S standards and promote operational excellence in the Tune & Test area.
- Develop, optimize and maintain efficient assembly and testing procedures.
- Plan and coordinate resources to ensure on-time, in-full machine delivery.
- Monitor and contribute to company-wide KPIs, including productivity and quality.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure swift and effective resolution of complaints.
- Support capacity planning and workforce development in collaboration with leadership.
